Reported this line and adsl out of order. No response to date. This is a business line and we rely on it. This is pathetic service to say the least. Holding on for a call center agent to answer for 30 minutes I was told the following *******. Telkom are waiting for spares. It is a cable fault. Should I laugh or cry.

29 Aug 2017, 08:24This line and adsl is still out of order. Twice I was told that the fault has been escalated. To whom I would like to know. No sign of any technician or any response what so ever. This is the worst service you can imagine.
