Telemarketer or *********???

I received a telemarketer call on 20 April 2016 from the number *** - they sold me an April LTE Special at R199 per month for 10gb daytime and 15gb nighttime internet access. They knew my details such as phone number, name, etc. and just needed me to provide bank details for the order. I placed the order and they told me that the router will be delivered withing 5 business days. I received an SMS from +*** with reference number *** from Telkom tanking me for my order. The number it says I must dial for any queries is ***. I try call this number but it's the technical department and they cant help me. I have been redirected to all sorts of departments from sales to mobile to LTE, and even tried calling the sales companies like Cell Direct to find out if anyone knows anything about my order. All Telkom agents I spoke to say that they cant find anything on the system, and the telemarketing companies don't know anything either. So, why the HELL does some rogue telemarketer have all of my PERSONAL INFORMATION like address, phone number, name, and lots more which clearly has been given to them by Telkom? Now I'm not sure if I am a victim of *****??? No one knows anything about my order but I have proof that the order was placed! I don't know what to do???
