Telekom’s bad service

Poor service. I’ve been trying to recharge from 7pm, I needed to send something urgent, this network kept on giving my an error. When I call the call center, they advised that “they are busy with upgrades on their system, they cannot assist me, until tomorrow @ 4am” what kind of a service is this? I’m not pleased at all.
