Telekom you suck

I have emailed, phoned and went in personally to a Telekom store. My calls went unanswered, my emails have been ignored and the staff in the Telekom Direct store have been totally unhelpful. This has been going on for more than I month and my issue is as yet not even unresolved because no one from Telekom has bothered to lift their heads up and pay attention. I'm not even bothering to state my complaint - for what - I'll just be ignored and move from being disgruntled and marginalised to being another Covid excuse. You people are a direct indication of the sickness that is destroying our parastatals.
