Telekom Wi-Fi

I placed an online order for a Wi-Fi package. A sales rep phoned me back and processed my order. It’s been 3 weeks. I phoned to follow up with my order and the sales person said there was no order on the system under my name. She said they would phone me back. I still haven’t heard back.
