Telekom still sending a technician after a 5 month call out

5 months ago there was an accident on the n1. The back of my house faces the n1. The vehicle knocked the Telekom pole into my wall and the Telekom pole broke with the impact. The live wire is a centimeter above my swimming pool. I called Telekom immediately after the accident 5 months ago and was told they will send out a technician. Up until today I an still waiting. My kids swim in the pool and one of them will get hurt but i cannot attempt to touch this. Telekom will be held liable if anything happens to any of us. The insurance sent someone to fix the wall 5 months ago but they cannot do anything until Telekom moves the pole away from the wall. My claim is pending until this happens. We also at risk of someone jumping over the wall and trying to break into our property because of the broken wall.
