Telekom Service Failure

What shocking service we have received from Telkom. Since Thursday last week we have been trying to restore our Wi-Fi, which was stopped due to a fault on Telkom's side. We have made at least 30 plus calls to Telkom and there has been no resolution. We have spoken to at least 20 different people and it is the same story, but no progress. I even had a phone put down on me by consultant. It is so scary that there is service like this and there is not even assistance from senior leaders, they are either missing, or just as useless. This is the worst service I have encountered. A 1 out of 10 is way too much for Telkom!!
