Telekom service

In a period of 2 months I haven't had a landline for 4 weeks. Every time I phone the call centre they tell me another story. Their technicians sleep on the job and nothing has been done to fix my landline. I'm so sick and tired asking for a managers telephone number. The shop that Telkom has in Alberton City is just as useless. We were at the shop on monday asking for nanagers numbers and that is either wrong or goes over to voicemail. The also still charge me a full months rent. Reference numbers I have are 899CRK021115 and 528CRK211215. They are really a bunch of lazy people that do not believe in customer service.
