TELEKOM SELLS REJECT PHONES

<p>July 2015 I took out a contract for Iphone 6 at Telekom South Gate Mall. 8 months later the phone is DEAD!!! Took the phone back as the purchase document states 1 YEAR WARRANTY. But i was quoted R6000 to get the phone fixed (REF 17420) as its apparently due to negligence that the phone is not working., thats not all I was then charged R188 "handling fee" as the phone is out of warranty. The phone does not have a cracked screen, its never fallen nor does it have water damage. Nobody wants to take accountability yet they debit my account for a REJECT IPHONE THAT DOESNT EVEN WORK </p>
