TELEKOM SA PAY BACK MY MONEY

I have a contract with Telekom and the agreement is the deduction is last day of the month. December 23/2024 ran depth order and it bounce without my consent. December 30/2024 the deducted the money as agreed on contract but January 15/2025 the deducted another money from my account again and when I called they told me that my account is in arrears their depth collector deducted it because December 23 the depth order didn't go throu. I informed them that our contract agreement it's last day of the month. The consulted alleged that they can't refund me my money because it was deducted by depth collectors. I don't owe them anything just want my money back and they are messing up with my credit score that I worked hard to build. They agreed that it they never communicated it's their fault. TELEKOM BRIDGET THE CONTRACT PLEASE PAYBACK MY MONEY.
