telekom robbing costumers

we have been a costumer with telkom fir 13 years with no problems before this last mai one of our contract was finsh we informed tgem that we dont want to upgrade and we recieved the sms that iur contract is done and to our surprise they keep debiting from our account we tried to complain and explain to them that tgey are listaking but no one to listen now the stopped all our others numbers and data for otger vontracts and they keep charging us more and more
