TELEKOM NEW BUSINESS TERRIBLE SERVICE

so my journey with Telekom new business started about tree weeks or so ago. moved company premises and needed an internet services. using Telekom services at home seemed that would be the direction I should go for this new venture. GOSH was I so wrong. To date we have had no proper feedback regarding an update ,nor has there been any success of any kind regarding my application.

Telekom is either offline or supervisors for call centers are at lunch. managers never call you back.

Telekom come to the front of the class and surprise me with some feedback
