Telekom mobile coverage pathetic

Telkom’s mobile data coverage is pathetic to say the least! I’ve had enough, every time I try to call and complain, they tell me to switch my phone off and on again or change settings or switch on roaming. None of which help in the least bit It literally takes 2 mins or more to load a google search Get with it and come out and solve the problem
