Telekom lying

Okay I cannot anymore. Took a p30 pro added phone insurance as we explained to the consult t I have a brain stem gigoma witch means I get seizures out of the blue and south-Africa does not really cater to people with disabilities so I get a lot more than I am supposed to. I explained why I need insurance and they Gare teed me and. Y husband that it will be covered by them if I have a seizure and my phone falls. Jah after 2 years of paying insurance I send my p30 pro in after getting my new p40 pro witch by he way the screen is giving problems already. Now after two moths of them having my phone they are saying out of warranty. Uhm firstly it's not with warranty it's with insurance. Secondly so you **** to me made me pay for 24 months and now discriminate against it. And I know it's not like that with all insurance because even my house Insurance is catered around the fact that my incurable disease can cause damage to property. So I take it Telekom is in the habit of lying to get money. Then best of all you keep calling my husband because he needs to upgrade I mean u call 20 times a day yet why would we do this if you have already proved to be in breach of contract. And that you are not trustworthy at all so why would we wast money when my husband and I plus every other family member can leave from your company. It's unacceptable to promise one thing u til you have to deliver then descriminate against me for my illness and treat me like I'm not worth anything yet I'm paying bills to you. So you are basically lying and *****ing. I expect a full refund on my I surance payments as you **** to me.
