Telekom LTE Speed. Musgrave
Telekom LTE speed in Musgrave Durban has slowed dramatically. Used to get speeds of 20 Mbps and now mostly less than 1 Mbps. Took my rooter to my office in Seaview Durban and tested speed was an impressive 40 Mbps. Telekom need to get their service sorted. LTE sim number ********** 808

28 Aug 2018, 13:47Hi Bradley, Speed at 6am this morning (25 Povall Road Durban) - 3.1 Mbps download and 3.90 Mbps. This is really a poor show. When can expect an improvement. Same test at 63 Harden Ave Durban - 45.0 Mbps downlaod and 6.87 Mbps upload.

24 Sept 2018, 15:02Telkom called me to make a appointment. Said they could not find my address on the map. They were looking at a Joburg map and the problem is in Durban. I really don't know how Telkom operates when they get something like reading an address and looking in the right city so wrong. This issue is now months old and Telkom doesn't know where to look. Very sad.....

The issue will not be resolved by changing settings on my router, but getting the available band width sorted out. Telkom sells data packages that are supposed to be LTE A speed but not so in my case. What next Telkom?
