Telekom is not reliable

Honestly Telkom is a joke. I've had multiple attempts to reason with this institution but they have left me no choice but to resort to letting everyone know how they do business. There is always an excuse and it's always the customers fault even when they have all the permission to deduct money from my account as per contract agreement. There are months when they don't deduct and just block your phone, it's as if there is somone who just wakes up and decides I'm not going to debit accounts and then block the accounts. I was waiting for a call that's work related when I realized that TELKOM has blocked my number and when calling to find out what's going on they so relaxed as if nothing is wrong where as this month they debited double the amount. Effectively TELKOM is not a reliable service provider and you are better off using letters to communicate than there network. " Tomorrow starts today" more like trouble starts when you rely on us.
