Telekom is helkom take my money..............

I was approved and declined for a handset then the money gets taken off my account after 35 calls since the 8th of Feb 2019 and still nobody can tell me what is going on this service is very bad the staff are *********** I need answers ASAP I paid for something that is not on your system................. ********** 885......... Contact me urgently as I'm not getting anywhere
