<p>I'm very disappointed with this network in fact I regret the day I decided to join this contract,its very useless ,im on contract and I pay via debit order,so for some reason the payment was rejected I don't know how and why , when I called them they told me their systems are down , they can see the amount but it's not reflecting due to technical problems ,well whose problem is that cause they should sort their systems out ....cut long story short they charged me a penalty amount or interest cause of that rejection .. right now my invoice for end of august is R9** something ...what bull is that ....the consultant I just spoke to heard the nerve to tell me she doesn't know why was the amount rejected I should go to my bank ...
