Telekom costing me business

<p>Since mid November my rooter was so slow it wasn't usable. I'm paying R900 per month for uncapped. So December arrives and the same thing. I've been trying to download 5g of something since the 1 December. It's on 8.2%</p> <p>For that type of money I'm livid. This is costing me business as i work from home. </p> <p>I go to a Telekom shop..... I'm told to phone a number given to me. And told " all these people in the queue are here for the same thing"</p> <p> </p> <p>Customer service? </p> <p>Heard of it?</p> <p> </p>
