Telekom bad service

My adsl line from Telekom has been faulty for about 2 months now which is causing extremely slow internet or sometimes no internet at all. I have reported this fault and despite getting mails saying a technician will contact us. We have not been contacted at all for 3 weeks now. You battle to get hold of someone to help. They just forward the complaint saying someone will contact you. But nothing. Really bad service.
