Telekom accounts department is a joke.

I am mostly happy with Telekom services. The account department is ******* though. I have repeatedly told them to bill me on the first of every month. That has never happened even once. This month they didn't even debit me. I then get a sms threatening me with lawyers for non payment. So I made an eft for the amount. Today I see they debited me for double the amount. So I have essentially made 3 payments in this month. I want my money back or I want an ombudsman.
