Unhappy customer of over 9 years. Desperate for assistance and not getting it.

I have been with out a contract for over 3 years now. It's sad that I only kept insurance and didn't renew contract.

I am being debited X4 premiums in a month. I call but no one assists me. Even going to Telekom store does not help .
