I am very disappointed with telkom services with dealing with them for over a year now during the lockdown had missed a payment on my contract phone i then left the money for the debit to go thru the ffg month however the money wasnt taken so i made a cash payment none of the consultants that assisted advised me of penalty fees due to non payment but more than my monthly installment was debitted this month yet the second payment the money was available and not debitted but charged for 2 month penalty ...not the 1st time went to a telkom store and they dont know what they doing
