Teledialkoms 2023 - A **** for sure

I work for a Drs rooms and was called and asked about updating our information on the Telkom 1023 directory and listing our information on Google. I requested them to email me the information. All I received was a form to fill in, with no mention of any money to be paid. As previous reports suggest, the print was so fine, I just filled in the form, signed and emailed them back, requesting them to let me know if there was any cost involved. No reply to this email. I them received an invoice 10 days later. After numerous calls to try and sort it out to no avail, I became suspicious and started googling. Please be aware. They harass a person, information is not disclosed and there is no transparency. The cherry on the cake is, I was told by the man in accounts when he called me to find out if I had received the account, that this is not telemarketing sales!! What is it then? A ****.
