Telecommunications? What a joke!!

Our Wifi has been off for almost 2 and a half weeks now. We called them 2 weeks ago and they said they'll fix the problem from their side. It didn't work. We called them again the day after and they gave us a procedure to follow, we did that not once but 4 times and it still didn't work. Using our own data! (My Money!!) We called them again last week Wednesday and they made an appointment for a Technician to come and check on site for a problem. I'm still waiting for this guy to show up. We called them again tonight and half way through the conversation the women just hanged up, she didn't even give her name. This is pathetic service and I don't see the point in paying for something if i don't get the product I'm paying for. I will never in my life recommend Telkom to anyone. I will though tell every person I can how useless and Pathetic the service at Telkom is.
