Telecommunication company doesn't answer phones

Not a single telkom store answers their phones. How can Telkom be a communication company when their phones are never answered. Gateway both stores. Phoenix plaza. LA lucia . Every store in my area. And I have a simple question Now I need to drive to a store just to ask what I need to know. And not even the online cb guys can assist with a personal line query
