Telecom1023 sent me an email with a form to update my info. It was at a busy time and I told them nothing changed and to use the info they had. Then they started calling me daily to complete the form for the free 1023 entry. After asking if it would cost anything , they said it was free and just to get rid of them I signed. Then the invoice for R14500 came. When I called about that they just said I should have read the small print and yesterday I was received an sms from Ubungane debt collectors. All the reviews I read says that it is a **** and that I should not pay. They call our receptionist daily, being very rude telling her she doesn't deserve the name receptionist and that she gives the business a bad name. Surely a scary bunch of people. Would like to here from other small businesses that experienced the same. Surely can't afford to pay.
