Telecom - ****

<p>I was in contract with telkom to cancel my wifi device, telkom advised me that they will send me a cancellation letter that i need to sign - a few minutes later i received a very bad copy of a letter from a telkom email address ********** and signed and send back they still had the company that i work for on there and i specified that it was personal. and in the body of the email specified as well as the subject that it is to cancel my telkom wifi device. About a month later i received a call to say that there is a outstanding amount for my telecom account - i informed the lady Amber Nkosi that i cancelled my telkom account and there shouldnt be a balance - she told me that it is for telecom and they phoned and discussed the deal with me - NO such deal was discussed, i was send a letter and told to complete it to cancel my telkom wifi device. they are charging me R8000 for something i have no idea about, how it works, how to use it, no info. telecom cant give me the telephone recording that they are refering to - they keep on saying not all their calls is recorded. I cant seem to get hold of anyone in the company. i have been calling ********** probebly 1000 times and everytime it say it is busy or not available</p> <p>I have been emailing Amber Nkosi on ********** and Liezel who they say is Amber's boss</p> <p>No one is answering my calls or emails. The so called sales agent was Sabelo</p> <p>Please assist to catch these people who are doing this</p>
