Just a word to express my dismay that in this age of connectivity, and ICT4D (Internet and Communication Technology for Development), I am told that it is simply not possible for me to acquire a Telkom line in my flat. What????<br> <br> Government monopolies perhaps to blame? Oh how we wait for the day for some healthy competition!
