Telcome is not helping

<p>Hi. </p> <p>I just want to complain about Telkom's service.......or the lack of service! I took out a contract 2 months ago, for a phone and wi fi router. But I cannot go into facebook or any internet site, and I cannot use my whatsapp at all! I was at our home (Mokopane) brance, they say that it is not their job to sort it out. I was in Centurion at Telkom and they say they cannot believe how this can happen, because their system show that the cell phone and wi fi router is conected on the same number. So both of them get blocked. I can only make and recieve calls and sms's. I can no longer pay for services I cannot use. I will cancel all business with Telkom unless it get sorted out soon!
