Telcom steel money

In 2018 i ordered a ****le over the phone for my child at university . Had no problem to get it delivered and promised that it will connect at her house and at campus . It did not connect . After two days i did call and cancelled the contract and did do all the requested forms via e-mails and phone . Telkom did informed me that it will be cancelled and no further debit orders will go of my account . I did saved all my emails to and from Telkom where i ask to help with NO avail I think it is about 30 different people that i corresponded via email and phone with.

It is going for 2 years now and still battling with them to stop deducting money from my account.

SO TO ALL THE PEOPLE OUT THERE DO NOT GET ANY CONTRACTS FROM TELCOM YOU WILL REGRET IT AT THE END OF THE DAY

They simple do not care about any complains . Just take your money although no service provided
