Telcom is *****ing from customers!

I closed my account/contract and still there are money deducted from my account. I phoned Telkom's ***** department and the assured me that someone will phone me back-which ofcourse did not happen. This is theft and *****ing from customers. Yet AGAIN I am not supprised by the terrible/NO SERVICE that Telcom delivers. I have tried to phone them numurous times but as expected no consultant is available to speak to after holding on for more than half an hour!!! Pathetic!
