Telcom . Bad service

I've been trying to get help since the 4th of July. My phone has been ****** at work.. I've phoned then .. they say they've send me a email, put me on a WhatsApp for telcom.. NOTHING. No email no Whatsapp... How many times must I give them my email and nr... This is absolutely pathetic... I can not get of from work to go on and sort it out... I have a case nr and everything... What is the need of paying insurance of you have to wait for almost a month to get some help... If the people at the call centers are *********** please get people who can do the job... I don't think I will upgrade my contract next year at Telcom..
