The most customer service challenged business, useless to the core. It started with when i got ****** and needed an ITC number for my insurance claim. It takes 5 minutes to get that. I had to call telkom for 4 days straight. But wait there's more....these imbeciles continue billing me incorrectly after case numbers are opened, order numbers are opened, escalations. I have spent 3 month (and counting) trying to get them to correct my invoice. OH NEVER TAKE FINRITE INSURANCE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. All these telcos are useless but the "giving absolutely no sh*ts" best prize goes toooooooooo......Telkom
