TEKOM - PATHETIC IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT

Telkom is by far THE WORST service provider i have ever dealt with in my life! as a first time client, i must say i am beyond disgusted with this poor and pathetic service.

we are at day 13 and i still haven't received my device that i was debited for on the first, on top of that the agents are *********** and not at all helpful! i have phoned in probably over 20 times and i still don't have a clear answer as to what is happening or when the matter will be resolved yet i say again, TELKOM ALREADY GOT THEIR MONEY WHEN THEY DEBITED MY ACCOUNT!

very disappointed and still without a phone and my money!

can anyone help me resolve this as i am getting sick and tired of this situation and on top of that, my telephone bill is going to be ridiculous.

Good day, Thank you for the above but the matter has been resolved, i was contacted over the weekend and has the package been delivered to "Courier it". they confirmed that delivery will take place today. i am however disappointed that i will only receive the phone today yet my debit was for a full month, regardless of that, i hope that the service will be better in the future. thank you Regards
