Tekom must get their act together and fast

I received a threatening phone call from Nudept ref no *** regarding a Telkom mobile account. I don't have any account with Telkom and they have previously debited my account as well and took me over a year to get them to stop trying to ***** money out of my account. Now a few months later I get threatened by this compony Nudept for an outstanding amount of over R7000, I tried to email Telkom but their mailbox is full, just goes to show how many people are complaining that their mailbox is full. Telkom must get their facts together and stop trying to ***** our money, and then threaten us with dept collection companies
