Tekom luring customers with false advertising

On the 22 of February 2016 my wife took out a Huawei Mediapad T1 PRO 8 inch tablet from the Telkom Chatsworth branch for me. As i researched the specs beforehand i new that this was perfect for my needed use and the pricing was quiet good at the time. The Huawei mediapad T1 PRO 8 inch has 2 gig Ram and 16 gig on board memory. When we finalised the contract and took the tablet home i played around with its features and realised that the specs it says it comes with wasn't so. It had big bold writing all over the box that it was a Huawei Mediapad T1 PRO 8 inch. But when i went to the tablets specifications on the system of the tablet it was 1 gig ram and 8 gig on board memory. It has the specs of its predecessor the Huawei mediapad T1 8 inch. Not the PRO. I took the tablet back to Telkom in less than 24 hours and they agued before taking it and told me they will cancel contract and send the tablet back to manufacturer for examining. Till today we have been charged for 2 months by telkom for something we dnt have and each time we call they say they are escalating the matter. We needed the tablet urgently and now cannot take another contract till telkom calls us which isn't happening
