TEKOM: Head Office Physical Address & Working Telephone Number

I have tried a variety of avenues, but nobody at Telkom responds and/or has any information about the company they work for. So sadly I need to yield to this public platform to solicit a response/get information from TELKOM.

I have sent emails, to numerous (and recommended) addresses, that inter-alia include escalations, hp, Investor Relations, Telkom Foundation (does not work) and other. NO RESPONSE (or info supp**** was useless, like head office telephone number that does not work.) Other e-mails do not function anymore. I have yielded to their social media sites and then sent emails as requested. NO RESPONSE! (I am still waiting for [the mythical] Back-Office to contact me as promised and additional follow ups, via Messenger. So - NO RESPONSE! Facebook page that I " liked" - NO RESPONSE.) I have written on their Facebook Wall - where they post how easy it is to get hold of Telkom, but that has yielded nothing either.

I phoned 1023; Telkom is not even listed there, so they cannot even supply me with a telephone number.

I have also attempted to use the option on the website CHAT TO AN AGENT on the www. This was completely useless, I am sad to report. It also yielded NO RESPONSE. While chatting/ via the www I asked they ask an informed manager for the info and they too could NOT supply the information.

So it appears NO ONE at Telkom knows anything about their company - relating to me query. It is certainly not for a lack of trying and this is the reason I have to yield to this public platform for the info I require. The INFORMATION I NEED IS: >> The PHYSICAL (street) ADDRESS of TELKOM Head Office >> A working TELEPHONE NUMBER for TELKOM HEAD OFFICE (Corporate Head Quarters)

Can Telkom please revert to me with the relevant correct information.
