Tecnical service non -existant

<p>ADSL technical services no longer exists as Telkom cannot tell me when the can restore my ADSL line that has been down for going on 2 weeks.</p> <p>When contacting the the support desk and after escalations (which does nothing) they cannot assist me ain any shape or form. Even when asking to upgrade to LTE (more expensive) they cannot do this.</p> <p>Terrible service and no feedback re where or when my fault is being tended to.</p> <p> </p>
