Technicians went extra mile

A friend was experiencing slow ADSL speeds at her business and reported the problem at Telkom Shop Cape Gate.<br> <br> A few days later the technicians arrived (I was at the business at the time) and I saw these guys work non-stop to solve the problem - they went well into their personal time after hours, but they didn't leave anything to chance - they stuck around and were super helpful.<br> <br> Telkom has changed it seems, thanks to everyone involved the ADSL line went from 0.2Mbps to 1.8Mbps<br> Very very impressed
