Technicians on their way for over a Week

Telkom<br> <br> I reported a faulty line last week on the 21st January 2016, both my DSL and Phone line is dead. I was told that a technician will be send to repair the lines. On the 27th January I phoned to check progress and report that my phone line is also dead I was told that a technician will be send to fix the lines yet again. Its been a week when will they come? I work from my home pc sometimes and need my lines fixed please.<br> <br> Ref no: 67CRK210116<br> Phone Line ***<br> <br> Please Advise
