Technicians not worrying about scheduled jobs

I have now wasted two days of leave this past week waiting on Telkom technicians to come and connect/install my ADSL line. On Monday the 4th I received an SMS stating that the installation was scheduled for today April the 8th. Tuesday evening a technician calls to say someone will be here the following day (Wednesday the 6th) which was not as per the schedule. So I took leave an lo and behold no-one arrived. Yesterday, the 7th, the same person called wanting to know if someone is at home and when someone will be home (I could hear my dogs barking in the back ground). I explained that the call was scheduled for today and I will be here all day and he was happy.<br> <br> AGAIN _ NO ONE ARRIVED today. This afternoon I even received 2 SMS's stating a technician was dispatched! WHERE THE HELL IS HE??????<br> <br> I sit here twiddling my thumbs as I can go NOWHERE because I have to wait for some lazy ass that is not going to arrive!<br> <br> Call centre keeps telling me they will follow up and let me know...NOTHING NADA from them!!!! I spoke to a Loyando and a Nandi and to another person. NOBODY calls back!<br> <br> So, when and how is Telkom now going to install my line????
