TECHNICIANS NOT DOING THEIR WORK

I have a 4 gig data line with Telkom. The line in very regularly running at an incredibly low download and upload speed.

I have reported the line 10(YES TEN) times. I will then just receive a SMS stating that the issue has been resolved an still no improvement!

I will most probably cancel TELKOM an rather use other service providers.
