Technicians NEVER pitch for an appointment

I have sat around waiting for 6 hours today for a technician to come out to install a line. My appointment was from 7.30 am - 12am. <br> But once again nothing.....yes this is the second day I have taken off from work to be here for a 'whole day appointments'. No one ever pitches. Every person I speak to says a tech will come out - they never do. What am I supposed to do? Sit around pray and hope someone will hear my cry?<br> <br> This is very poor and I am once again disheartened by the lack of commitment and the fact that they always waste my time - I cant't take off any more days to be at home.<br> <br> My order number: *** (Apparently my case was escalated but I never heard a word from them again)<br> <br> Can somebody PLEASE help me!<br> <br>
