Technicians never come out

Hi,<br> <br> From Monday it will 2 weeks that I have been trying to get a Telkom Technician at my house to check/ fix my internet issue. <br> <br> They either do not inform me when / what time they will be coming so therefore I cannot have someone at home at that time, or they say they will be there after arranged time and never pitch and they never inform me that they will not be able to make it and therefore wasting my time.<br> <br> When will you start to communicate with your customers?<br> And when will you actually come and do your job?<br> <br> I am paying you for a service that I cannot use at this point, but I still have to pay!<br> <br> A few years ago your service was excellent, normally within a few days technicians would at my home fixing the issue and now after 2 weeks you still cannot decide what the hell you want to do or who will do it.<br> <br> Your service is horrible at this point with things going in circles and never getting anything done.<br> <br> Can you please get someone to come and fix the damn issue.<br> <br> Thank you
