Technicians arrive, did not do job, Telkom silent

I reported that our landline is dead on Friday 16 September. On the same day technicians arrive at our gate, hoot once and before we can even get to the gate to open for them, they just drive off. Since then, absolutely no communication from Telkom side. Our line is still not working and I’m forced to beg for service. We need our landline to function. Can your technicians please come and do the job or should we just cancel our line?!!??? Ticket no. ***9
