Technician very helpful

I reported my phone being out of order for 8 weeks. I received a reference number and by the Wednesday of the following week we had heard nothing from Telkom. My wife saw Lucas Hlatshwayo at a junction box and approached him with our dilemma. He immediately got on his phone and requested our complaint be allocated to him and by the next morning the phone was repaired. If only this type of service was what was received Telkom would be a great company to work with. However this is the exception to the rule in my experience. I hope that Lucas is rewarded for his prompt service.<br> <br>
