Technician not pitching up for appointment

I received confirmation from Telkom that a technician will come install a line on 8 July between 7:30 to 16:00. I also received confirmation on the day that someone has been dispatched to install the line. I took unpaid leave and waited the whole day but no one pitched up. I It's unfair for me since I took unpaid leave and i can't afford taking unpaid leave for nothing. Order no. ***
