Technician Not doing his Job.

I made an appointment for 22'nd , i waited all morning he called me at 12pm saying he can't make it, he will come out tomorrow he came out the 23rd. He put the cable up on the pole then left the cable hanging in my yard but not installed it into the house, he said he would come out today at 9:30. Didn't come out. <br> <br> I am sick and tired of this <br> <br> Every time i have to phone telkom from my cellphone and that costs me money, every time i have to take off from work to get this sorted.
