Technician never pitched to the do installation.

Pathetic service. My wife took a days leave as Telkom sent me an sms stating that a technician will install my ADSL line between 08h00-16h00. The tech never pitched up and a whole day was wasted waiting for nothing. I could have atleast been informed to say he/she is late or will reschedule.
